Serves low income people over 18 yrs old who do not have medical insurance. You must live in Mecklenburg County. Legal papers not required. Charge is $10 per visit.

Go to their office and get a New Patients Packet, then ask for an appointment. It will be a month or more before you see a doctor on Tues (morning or evening) or Thurs. evening. Translation is always available.

Church supported clinic providing free medical care to residents of the Lake Norman area (must have 2 proofs of address stating residence in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson or Mooresville).  There is a
$5 charge per patient per visit.  The clinic is open on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm and operates on a first come first served basis.
Approximately 80% of the clinic's patients are Hispanic.
